Can members pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. The front desk can send an STK Push to the member's phone, and payments made directly to your paybill or till are matched to the member. A membership activates only once its invoice is fully paid.
Will it stop members with expired memberships from training?
At check-in the front desk sees immediately whether a member is allowed in. If they aren't, the system shows why (expired, frozen, unpaid or outside off-peak hours) so staff can resolve it on the spot.
We have more than one branch. Does that work?
Yes. Owners and managers see every branch from one account, and front-desk staff can be limited to the branch they work at. Plans can cover one branch or several.
Can you move our existing members into the system?
We help you bring in your current members and active memberships during onboarding. The approach depends on where your records are today, which we review during discovery.
How much does it cost?
KES 200 per member, per month. A gym with 150 members pays KES 30,000 a month. Your proposal sets out the exact terms, including set-up and training, before you commit.
